For information concerning your own school records, please fill out the School Records request form.

For information concerning the records of a Sister, please fill out the Sister Information request form.

Alternatively, you can email Monte Abbott at mabbott@gspmna.org. Monte will reply with a secure email that you can use to upload the necessary paperwork and information we will need to review your requests.
